By affiliating with ParaSport Ontario, Ontario clubs benefit in many ways including …
 

• Access of information that would not normally be readily available
• Insurance
• Sample waivers for your athletes and/or their parents/guardians to sign to protect club upon obtaining club membership
• Resources to know where to apply for Grants for club equipment or other needs of the club
• The first to know about events in which the club’s athletes can participate
• Special awards that athletes can earn
• Access to a dynamic website to profile club and athletes
• Discounted tickets to some ParaSport events
• A knowledgeable staff to assist where it can

How To Affiliate

Affiliation runs from January 1 to December 31 of any given year.

• When registering members, ensure that each one has completed and signed & dated a Waiver Form (samples available through PO).  Waivers must be kept on file with the club.  A new waiver must be signed yearly.
• Complete the Affiliation Package (see “Application Form” on this website)
• Complete the Fair Play Manual/Harassment Brochure declaration
• Complete the Insurance declaration (if insurance is needed through ParaSport Ontario)

Mail originals along with cheque payable to “ParaSport Ontario” to:
