Concert for Inclusion

On September 14th, 2008, ParaSport Ontario held it’s first “Concert for Inclusion at the Diesel Playhouse in Toronto.  The evening was a great success with over 300 supporting the event.  The following artists donated their time and talent to support ParaSport Ontario’s Ready Willing and Able Program: June Garber, Simone Soman, Julie Michels, Robert Pilon, Rick Wharton, Frank McNulty, Alana Bridgewater and Adrian Luces.

On Thursday, October 8th, 2009, ParaSport Ontario held its second annual “Concert for Inclusion” at the CBC Glenn Gould Studio in downtown Toronto.  Another fabulous line up of very talented artists appeared including 18 year old singing sensation Simone Soman, singer-songwriter Justin Hines and Toronto jazz greats, Julie Michels, Heather Bambrick and Jackie Richardson.  In addition to the fabulous talent, the evening included a welcome reception and silent and live auctions.

The support for this event  was overwhelming.  A volunteer committee committed to raising funds for ParaSport Ontario worked on the Concert for months, and is dedicated to making this an event an annual success.  We thank them for time, dedication and support.

Many thanks to the following Honourary Patrons who have also shown their  support for the Concert for Inclusion and ParaSport Ontario.
