Canada Summer Jobs is a Government of Canada initiative. It provides funding for not-for-profit organizations, public sector employers, and small businesses with 50 or fewer employees to create work experience for students between the ages of 15 and 30.

ParaSport Ontario applies for this grant annually to hire a student to assist with the Ontario ParaSport Summer Games, the Ready Willing and Able Program as well as other administrative assistance.
