About

Sarai Demers is a proud Canadian of French and Trinidad decent. As a social worker with ADDUS (enabling adults with developmental disabilities to fulfill their dreams) and former President of the Disabled Sailing Association of Ontario, Sarai is a strong advocate for disability rights. She started skiing at eight years old and continues to ski competitively with Alpine Ontario. She aspires to represent Canada on the biggest stage as a Paralympian and has competed at the ParaSport® Provincials and Canada Games.
