Nordic Skiing Let's Go Cross-Country! Para-Nordic skiing is all about fitness and style. Also known as Cross-Country, skiers with a disability in their lower body use a sit-ski, which is like a wheelchair on skis.

There are also races for athletes with a disability who are ambulatory, and a division for skiers who are visually impaired or blind who use a guide to inform about what's ahead on the course. Race distances are from one to 20 kilometres, with relays too. To learn more, contact Cross Country Ski Ontario.
