Wheelchair fencing is an exciting and challenging sport and
edge-of-your-seat fun for fans. The fencers' wheelchairs are fastened to the
floor during competition as they battle it out using only their upper bodies
to score points measured by the number of hits to your opponent's target
area.
People of all ages and abilities can play. Men and women with amputations,
spinal cord injuries and cerebral palsy play at the Paralympic Games. It's a
great sport with a long and noble history to build your strength and confidence.
