The Durham Region is looking forward to hosting 350 athletes from across Ontario from February 8 – 10 2019. Eleven different sports will be featured across the region including 5-a-side soccer, boccia, goalball, para-alpine, para-nordic, sitting volleyball, sledge hockey, vision impaired curling, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair curling and wheelchair rugby.
Todd Keirstead is shaking up the world of golf and bringing in the support, expertise and knowledge to take it to the next level.

Since its proclamation in 1992, United Nations has observed the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPWD) to promote the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in all spheres of society and development, and to increase awareness of the situation of persons with disabilities in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life.
On Monday, December 3rd, we observe this day once again and recognize the importance of such a major international day.
