Ice Skating

Adaptive ice skating provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to participate in one of the oldest pastimes in Canada. Participants can improve their skating skills and abilities and have a great time getting outdoors and being social. Special adaptive programs and equipment are available such as walkers and harnesses, and coaches of course, to help strengthen skills.
