Jamoi Anderson

Introduction

Jamoi Anderson is a National sitting volleyball player with Team Canada. In 2008 Jamoi was diagnosed with multi-organ failure. Due to a lack of circulation in his body, Jamoi’s left leg needed amputation below the knee. After his recovery, Jamoi still had the urge to compete and his friends introduced him to sitting volleyball. Since then he has represented Canada at the 2015 Toronto Parapan Am Games and 2013 Pan Am Championships in which he won bronze at both events.
